Paul Cottrell

Mr. Cottrell is a founding member of the firm and practices in the areas of construction law, professional liability, and corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Cottrell is a member of the Bar in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Illinois. He was educated at the University of Delaware (B.A. magna cum laude 1975; member Phi Kappa Phi, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Pi Sigma Alpha honor societies) and at the University of Chicago (J.D. 1978). Mr. Cottrell served as the Associate Director for the Construction Law Institute from 1982 to 1984.
